Flavour Profile
Straw-yellow color with greenish hues, leading to a nose of white flowers and cut grass that evolve into riper tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango. Vinification
Grapes are selectively harvested, then crushed and destemmed simultaneously, followed by gentle pressing under low-oxygen conditions—a process known as reductive vinification. The must is then naturally settled at low temperatures and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C over several days. The wine is aged on the lees for a few months, then filtered, stabilized, and bottled.
